Abstract:
This antenna device (1) is provided with: an electricity supply coil (10) resulting from wiring patterns (11-14) being formed at magnetic body layers (105-108); and antenna coils (20, 30) resulting from wiring patterns (21-24, 31-34) being formed at magnetic body layers (101-104, 109-112). The electricity supply coil (10) and antenna coils (20, 30) are magnetically coupled with each other and are formed in a manner so as to have matching coiling axes in the direction of lamination of the magnetic body layers. The electricity supply coil (10) is formed inside the antenna coils (20, 30) when seen from the direction of lamination. At least a portion of the antenna coils (20, 30) is formed at the outside of the electricity supply coil (10) in the direction of lamination. As a result, provided are an antenna device and communication device that are able to reliably communicate with a communication partner without forming an unnecessary communication pathway with a partner-side coil.
