Abstract:
An antenna element of embodiments of the present invention comprises: a dielectric layer; a radiation pattern disposed on the top surface of the dielectric layer; a signal pad electrically connected to the radiation pattern; and a ground pad disposed to be spaced apart from the signal pad, and being recessed to have a spacing greater than length of the signal pad. Noise removing efficiency and radiation reliability can be improved through the ground pad.
