Abstract:

This antenna module, which transmits and receives wireless signals through a wireless network, is provided with: an antenna which transmits and receives wireless signals; a circuit unit which converts a signal received from the outside into a wireless signal, transmits the converted wireless signal from the antenna, and transmits, to the outside, a signal generated by processing the wireless signal received from the antenna; a tubular case which accommodates the circuit unit so as to cover the surroundings of the circuit unit; an antenna accommodation part which is provided on one end portion of the case and accommodates the antenna so that the antenna can transmit and receive wireless signals; a connector part which is attached to the case and can connect to an external apparatus which transmits and receives signals with the circuit unit; a router unit which relays the signal processed by the circuit unit; and a gateway unit which communicatively connects the router unit and the external apparatus connected to the connector unit.
