Abstract:
An anti-cracking and anti-aging waterproof decorative integrated coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating is composed of a component A and a component B at a mass ratio 1:(1-3), wherein the component A comprises (in parts by mass): 50-60 parts of a pure acrylic resin, 10-20 parts of a styrene-acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of a fluorocarbon resin, 0.5-1 parts of a coalescing agent, 1-2 parts of lithium silicate, 0.2-0.3 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.1-0.3 parts of a preservative, 0.1-0.3 parts of a wetting agent, and 15.8-23.1 parts of deionized water; and the component B comprises (in parts by mass): 40-50 parts of white Portland cement, 3.5-14.3 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of a silica powder, 7-10 parts of a quartz powder, 3-5 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 5-10 parts of quartz sand, 1-2 parts of densified silica fume, 13-19 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.5 parts of a hydrophobic powder, 0.1-0.2 parts of a retarder, 0.1-0.3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.2 parts of cellulose, and 0.2-0.3 parts of lithium bentonite. The prepared coating has good anti-cracking, anti-aging and waterproof properties.
