Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a therapeutic agent and a therapeutic method for cancers including neuroblastoma, pulmonary cancer, mammary cancer, etc. Another purpose thereof is to provide a cancer diagnostic agent and an imaging agent. Provided are: an anti-NLRR1 monoclonal antibody; a medicinal composition comprising the antibody; a combination therapy of the antibody with another medicine; and a diagnostic agent and an imaging agent each comprising the antibody of the present invention. Also provided is a method for screening the anti-NLRR1 monoclonal antibody wherein NLRR1 protein or an extracellular domain thereof is used.
