Abstract:
An anti-overload sensor elastic element, being of a structure molded in an integrated manner. Anti-overload auxiliary beams (4) are provided with wire cut slits penetrating through in the length direction of a set axis (5), and a cross section in the direction perpendicular to the set axis (5) of each wire cut slit comprises two parallel boundary lines (41), the distance between the two boundary lines (41) being less than or equal to 0.18 mm. The boundary lines (41) are one of curve lines, combined lines of at least two straight lines, and combined lines of straight lines and curve lines, and are axisymmetric patterns or centrosymmetric patterns. By means of the three anti-overload auxiliary beams (4) and the wire cut slits formed therein, overload of the sensor in the directions except the set axis is effectively prevented, thereby avoiding destructive damage. In a six-axis force sensor having said elastic element, when the deformation quantity of main deformation beams (3) in the direction of the set axis (5) reaches a set value, overload protection in the direction of the set axis (5) can also be achieved.
