Abstract:
Provided is a chemical synthesis method for a helicobacter pylori core lipopolysaccharide oligosaccharide antigen carbohydrate chain, belonging to the field of carbohydrate chemistry. Eight monosaccharide building blocks are prepared by using D-glucose, D-galactose and D-mannose as starting materials by means of a series of protection-deprotection reactions, and then are catalyzed by matching eight monosaccharide building block compounds shown in formulas 2-9 with corresponding activating reagents for glycosylation reaction, and are synthesized to obtain the helicobacter pylori lipopolysaccharide core oligosaccharide antigen fragment as shown in formula 1. The synthesized oligosaccharide fragment is combined with a chip to prepare a carbohydrate chip, and the optimal antigen fragment is screened by using the patient serum; or the carbohydrate chip is combined with the carrier protein to prepare a glycoconjugate.
