Abstract:
Disclosed are an anti-reflective polyolefin photovoltaic module encapsulation adhesive film and a preparation method therefor. The anti-reflective polyolefin photovoltaic module encapsulation adhesive film consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a polyolefin, 0.3-1.3 parts of an anti-reflection modifying agent, 0.4-1.5 parts of an organic peroxide, 0.3-1.2 parts of a crosslinking accelerant, 0.1-1.0 part of a silane coupling agent, 0.2-1.1 parts of a plasticizer, 0.1-1.0 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 part of an ultraviolet absorber and 0.1-0.6 part of a light stabilizer; and a premix thereof is placed into a single-screw casting machine to be cast into an adhesive film according to set process parameters. In the present invention, the light transmission of a polyolefin photovoltaic module encapsulation adhesive film is improved by adding a kind of anti-reflective agent, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the polyolefin photovoltaic module encapsulation adhesive film in a solar cell module, and better satisfying the requirements of the solar cell module.
