Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-WARS1 antibody, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same as an active ingredient. The anti-WARS1 antibody according to the present invention specifically binds to WARS1 and can inhibit the secretion of TNF-α induced by WARS1. In addition, the anti-WARS1 antibody according to the present invention can be effectively used to prevent or treat inflammatory diseases including sepsis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, macrophage activating syndrome, and the like.
