Abstract:
Provided are an antiallergic nanobody composition, an assay method for measuring the performance of a serum antibody based on a nanomagnetic chemiluminescence method, and an antiallergic rhinitis spray. The composition comprises a nanobody, an IgG3 antibody solution having a fluorescein label, an allergen solution having a biomarker protein molecule, a polypeptide-coated nanomagnetic levitation solution, a specific nanobody having bioactivity, and, for maintaining and increasing the stability and tissue penetration of the nanobody, an antibody-nanobody composition, an immunosuppressant, and a non-allergic antigen.
