Abstract:
A bottom exposure 3D printing device, a control method and a control system. The 3D printing device comprises: a container (11) having a transparent bottom surface for containing a material to be shaped, wherein the material to be shaped on the bottom surface (11) forms a pattern-cured layer after selective radiation; and a feeding mechanism (16) which is in in communication with the container (11) and is used for supplying the material to be shaped (11) to the container (11) at least once during the printing process, wherein the material to be shaped supplied to the container (11) at least once is used for forming a limited number of pattern-cured layers when properties thereof are stable. In the bottom exposure 3D printing device, the volume of the material to be shaped contained in the container (11) is effectively limited by means of the feeding mechanism (16) or a discharge channel (111) on the container (11) wall, such that the remaining amount of the material to be shaped is minimized while the 3D printing device is always ready for use. The problem that the material to be shaped cannot be easily stored in the container (11) for a long time is mitigated, and the use efficiency of the material is improved.
