Abstract:
The present invention provides an antibody beneficial for the treatment of solid tumors, an antibody-drug conjugate, and a cancer drug including the antibody-drug conjugate. The present invention provides, for example: an antibody that binds to tissue factor, wherein the dissociation constant kd is at least 5 × 10-4 (1/s) and the binding constant Ka is at least 1 × 104 (1/Ms); or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.
