Abstract:
Provided is an anticoagulant which is capable of selectively suppressing pathological blood clotting reactions without increasing the risk of massive bleeding. This anticoagulant comprises a binding inhibiting component which inhibits binding of LOX-1 and at least one of factor V and factor Va.
