Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an antimycin compound as well as a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The compound is characterized in that the compound is separated from a secondary metabolite of marine actinomycetes, the structural formula thereof is represented by (I), and the preparation method therefor comprises the steps: marine actinomycetes Steptomyces sp. 4-7 having the preservation number CCTCC NO: M2020953 is cultured by means of fermentation so as to acquire a fermented product of an antimycin compound, then the fermented product is soaked and extracted by means of ethyl acetate to obtain a crude extract, and on the basis, the crude extract is separated and purified by means of normal-phase silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase medium pressure column chromatography and reverse phase semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography so as to obtain the compound. The compound has the advantages that the antimycin compound has the effects of resisting botrytis cinerea and penicillium citrinum.
