Title:
APPARATUS FOR IDENTIFYING COIN-SHAPED DETECTION OBJECT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/192378
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic-sensor-containing apparatus for identifying a coin-shaped detection object, wherein the configuration can be simplified despite said apparatus being capable of minimizing any reduction in external-electromagnetic-radiation-induced sensitivity for identifying the detection object. An apparatus for identifying a coin-shaped detection object (1) is provided with: an excitation coil (8) and detection coils (9, 10); a core (11) on which the excitation coil (8) and the detection coils (9, 10) are wound; and a circuit board (6) to which the excitation coil (8) and the detection coils (9, 10) are electrically connected, a transit path for the detection object being formed in the apparatus for identifying a coin-shaped detection object (1). The core (11) is provided with: a first core (12), disposed on one side in the thickness direction of the detection object passing along the transit path, the excitation coil (8) being wound on the core (11); and a second core (13), disposed on the other side in the thickness direction of the detection object, the detection coils (9, 10) being wound on the second core (13). The circuit board (6) covers one surface of the core (11) in the transit direction of the detection body.
