Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus for inspecting and replacing expendables and a solder ball application apparatus comprising same. Provided according to one embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus which is used for an apparatus for applying solder balls and automatically inspects and replaces one or more expendables, the apparatus for inspecting and replacing expendables: constantly checking the normal/abnormal status of the expendables; replacing the expendables upon confirming the abnormal status of the expendables; and controlling the alignment of the replaced expendables.
