Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for making ice cream beads, which improves productivity and enables easy cleaning after producing beads of ice cream in the form of small particles. To this end, the apparatus for making ice cream beads comprises: a main body having a liquid-nitrogen storage unit which contains liquid nitrogen; a conveyor belt, at least a portion of which is arranged in the liquid-nitrogen storage unit; an upward transfer unit, which upwardly transfers the liquid nitrogen contained in the liquid-nitrogen storage unit; a guide unit, which guides the upwardly transferred liquid nitrogen to the conveyor belt; and a unit for discharging an ice cream mixture, which contains an ice cream mixture and discharges the ice cream mixture, through a nozzle and toward the guide unit, in the shape of a bead. According to the present invention, a large amount of ice cream beads may be made in a short amount of time, thus improving productivity and reducing the rate of defects at the same time.
