Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a multifunctional oral dissolving film. The apparatus for manufacturing a multifunctional oral dissolving film comprises: a base film supply unit for continuously supplying a base film without interruption; a multilayer coating unit for applying a plurality of types of coating solutions in a multilayered manner on the base film; a drying unit which dries and cures the plurality of types of coating solutions applied on the base film in the multilayered manner so as to form a multifunctional oral dissolving film; a cover film supply unit for continuously supplying a cover film which covers the multifunctional oral dissolving film and is overlapped with the base film; and a sealing unit for fusing the base film and the cover film such that the multifunctional oral dissolving film is sealed. The multilayer coating unit comprises a multilayer coating slot die coater including a plurality of discharge slots separated from each other such that the plurality of types of coating solutions are discharged to the base film without being mixed.
