The present invention relates to an apparatus for mapping sensor addresses and a driving method of the apparatus. The apparatus for mapping sensor addresses, according to embodiments of the present invention, may comprise: a wireless sensor that monitors the operation or surrounding conditions of industrial equipment; a display unit that displays a settings screen for mapping a wireless control apparatus that controls the wireless sensor; and a control unit that receives, from the displayed settings screen, starting address information about the wireless sensor set for each wireless control apparatus, and automatically maps the starting address information and the wireless sensor to each other by scanning a code of the wireless sensor when identification information about the wireless sensor is matched to the received starting address information.
