Abstract:
An apparatus and method for extracting antioxidative materials are disclosed. Provided according to an embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus for extracting an antioxidative material, the apparatus comprising a thermal hydrolysis tank which receives organic waste and thermally hydrolyzes same in a preset environment, a filter which filters an effluent from the thermal hydrolysis tank by having pores of a preset size, and an enrichment tank which enriches the antioxidative material in the effluent passing through the filter.
