A method for managing traffic on the basis of a blockchain network comprises the steps in which: a user terminal collects vehicle driving information; the user terminal receives block generation permission information from a server; and the user terminal generates a driving information block by means of the block generation permission information and vehicle driving information, and stores same in a blockchain network.
