Abstract:
An apparatus for manufacturing a light-emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate transfer stage including a plurality of support plates arranged at predetermined intervals in a first direction, each of the support plates extending in a second direction; and at least one electric field applying module disposed on at least one side of the substrate transfer stage. Each of the at least one electric field applying module includes: a probe head having at least one probe pin; and a driving unit coupled to the probe head so as to move the probe head at least vertically.
