Abstract:

A light emitting device, according to one embodiment, comprises: a first light emitting region including a first light emitting diode; a second light emitting region including a second light emitting diode; at least a pair of first and second barriers that are disposed to face each other in the first light emitting region and the second light emitting region; at least one first electrode disposed on the first barrier to cover the first barrier and electrically connected to a first end of at least one of the first and second light emitting diodes; and at least one second electrode disposed on the second barrier so as to cover the second barrier and electrically connected to a second end of at least one of the first and second light emitting diodes. The at least one pair of first and second barriers have structures that are different from each other in the first and second light emitting regions.
