The present invention relates to a method for mitigating interference by an apparatus for mitigating interference in a home network transmission line, the method comprising the steps of: detecting an interference signal introduced, from an adjacent line, into a transmission line to be changed in synchronization; estimating a synchronization signal of the adjacent line by extracting a transmission signal interval and a reception signal interval of the interference signal; and applying the synchronization signal of the adjacent line as a synchronization signal of the transmission line to be changed in synchronization.
