Abstract:
An apparatus for preparing a needle punched glue-free absorbent core comprising an opener, a first vacuum cotton feeding machine, a first carding machine, a first lapping machine, a duster, a backward punching machine, a second lapping machine, a duster, a forward punching machine, a drying oven, a combination machine, and a winding machine connected in sequence, and further comprises a second vacuum cotton feeding machine connected to the opener, a second vacuum cotton feeding hopper connected to a second carding machine, and a second lapping machine connected to the second carding machine. A core produced by the apparatus is as highly absorbent and excellent in guiding a liquid as a core made from wood pulp, is as thin and resistant to separation as a composite core. Cotton and non-woven fabric are interwoven, such that no glue needs to be applied while ensuring product quality.
