Abstract:
A method and device for an unsized needle-punched absorbent core. The device comprises an opener, a first vacuum cotton feeding machine, a first carding machine, a first lapping machine, a powder spreading machine, a reverse needle punching machine, a second lapping machine, a powder spreading machine, a forward needle punching machine, a drying box, a compound machine, and a rewinder that are connected in sequence; the device also comprises a second vacuum cotton feeding machine connected to the opener. The second vacuum cotton feeding machine is connected to the second carding machine, and the second cotton carding machine is connected to the second lapping machine. A core body produced by the device has the advantages of high absorbability and strong flow-guiding characteristics of a wood pulp core body and an ultra-thin continuous layer of a composite core body; by interweaving of cotton and non-woven fabrics, the purpose of not sizing is achieved under the premise of ensuring excellent quality of products.
