Abstract:
An apparatus (5) is disposed in a house (1) together with one or more other apparatuses (5). A communication unit (505) receives desired operation information from a server device (3) disposed outside the house (1), the information designating an operation to be executed by the apparatus (5) as a desired operation and designating, for each of one or more conditions that are preconditions for the execution of the desired operation, any other apparatus (5) from among the one or more other apparatuses (5) as a condition-meeting apparatus that is to meet the condition. The operation execution unit (501) executes the desired operation upon receiving a notification, from a condition-meeting apparatus corresponding to a given condition, that the condition has been met.
