Abstract:
An apparatus for slicing vegetate e or fruit including: A supporter adapted to be mounted at the bottom for supporting above components which comprise a rocker, a movable cutter and a housing, a food-pressed panel is mounted within the through-hole of the housing. If slicing the food, man should firstly get out the food-pressed panel and put the food into the through-hole. The food is pressed down continuously and the rocker is driven to rotate continuously. When the rocker rotates in clockwise direction, the movable cutter moves to and for, then the pressing food is sliced. The operation of the apparatus is very simple. It needs only to rotate the rocker in clockwise direction and to press the panel slightly, the pressed food could be sliced. It is safe and efficient to slice the food, and it is not necessary to contact the cutting edge directly so that the user is precluded any danger.
