CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS AND PRIORITY The present application claims priority from Indian provisional patent application no. 201741037415, filed on 23 rd October 2017.

TECHNICAL FIELD This present disclosure, in general, relates to a household electric appliance for scraping coconut, pressing citrus fruits and/or sharpening knives and more particularly to the electric coconut scraper with enhanced safety features.

BACKGROUND

Until few years back, coconut scraping was being done manually without using electricity and motor. However, in recent years, electric coconut scrapers are commercialized which uses electric motor to run the blade and scrape coconut.

The existing commercial household electric appliances for coconut scraping are not in accordance with safe equipment handling. It might happen that person has lost attention from working machine and a machine may tilt and fall from a table surface. In another case, blades of rotor are left open without a coconut shell over it. In both the cases mentioned above there is high possibility of getting injured. The device may overheat leaving unattended for a while and may cause damage to rotating motor of device. Therefore, there is a long-felt need of automated mechanism which will rectify chances of unsafe handling of household electric appliance, in this case an electric coconut scraper.
