Abstract:
An appearance inspecting device 20 comprises a shape measuring unit 21 for measuring a three-dimensional shape of a welding location 201; and a data processing unit 23 for processing shape data acquired by the shape measuring unit 21. The data processing unit 23 comprises: a shape data processing unit 24 for performing resolution correction of the shape data; a training dataset generating unit 26 for subjecting a plurality of items of sample shape data acquired in advance to data augmentation processing to generate a plurality of training datasets; a determination model generating unit 27 for using the plurality of training datasets to generate a determination model; and a first determining unit 28 for determining the quality of the shape of the welding location 201 on the basis of the resolution-corrected shape data and the determination model.
