Abstract:
A berberine (I)-oryzanol tablet, and an application thereof in treatment of diabetes. The berberine-oryzanol tablet is obtained by means of mixing of modified berberine-oryzanol granules and other adjuvants at a certain ratio and tabletting of the mixture, wherein the modified granules consist of a drug, a surfactant, and a dispersant. The modified granules can well improve the solubility of berberine and oryzanol, and improve the dissolution and bioavailability of the drug. The tablet realizes a good treatment effect on diabetes by means of compatibility of the drugs, and a reasonable prescription and preparation process.
