Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biology, and in particular to an application of exosomes microRNA and mRNA and a kit of the exosomes microRNA and mRNA. The present invention proves by means of experiments that the urine exosomes miR-1307-3p and KIF5C have remarkable differences in expression in normal people and patients with Parkinson's disease, indicating that the urine exosomes miR-1307-3p and KIF5C can become molecular markers for screening and/or diagnosing Parkinson's disease. The two molecular markers can be combined to accurately distinguish the patients with Parkinson's disease from healthy people, and early screening and diagnosis of Parkinson's disease are achieved.
