Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of high polymer materials, in particular relates to environment-friendly vinyl ester resin. The environment-friendly vinyl ester resin in the present invention is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-65 wt% of epoxy resin, 5-35 wt% of a methyl monomer, 8-25 wt% of an unsaturated acid, 0.01-0.3 wt% of a catalyst, 0.01-0.08 wt% of a polymerization inhibitor and 10-40 wt% of a cross-linking agent. The epoxy resin, the methyl monomer, the unsaturated acid, the catalyst, the polymerization inhibitor and the cross-linking agent are used as raw materials, and the content ratio of the raw materials is defined, so that the vinyl ester resin is free of styrene emission and is environment friendly. In addition, the obtained resin is high in crosslinking density, high in strength and product impact resistance, and can be widely used in fields such as pipeline forming, pipeline repairing, spraying construction, and high corrosion resistance engineering.
