Abstract:
Disclosed is an application of viper venom hemocoagulase in the preparation of a drug for reversing the anticoagulation effect of a blood coagulation factor Xa inhibitor. By means of research on the ability of Slounase, which is a viper venom hemocoagulase, serving as a hemostatic bypass agent to reverse the anticoagulation effect of the blood coagulation factor Xa inhibitor, it is found that Slounase can reverse the anticoagulation effect of the blood coagulation factor Xa inhibitor in a dose-dependent manner, and thrombus formation in human blood can be completely recovered. The treatment potential of Slounase in reversing the anticoagulation effect of the blood coagulation factor Xa inhibitor clinically used at present is confirmed, and a new rescue treatment means is provided for bleeding caused by the blood coagulation factor Xa inhibitor.
