An applicator, a container comprising the applicator, and a mold for manufacturing the applicator. The applicator comprises a mounting portion (10) and an application portion (20) connected to each other; the application portion (20) is provided with a first surface (21) and a second surface (22) arranged opposite to each other; bristles (23) are provided on the first surface (21); a recessed portion (30) is provided on the application portion (20); and the recessed portion (30) is communicated with the first surface (21), and the recessed portion (30) protrudes out of the second surface (22). The recessed portion (30) is provided in the applicator, and when the recessed portion (30) passes through an inner plug, the inner plug presses materials in the recessed portion (30) to flow to the bristles (23), so that the bristles (23) carry a large amount of materials when being pulled out of a bottle body, thereby improving the capacity of materials dipped by the applicator in a single time, and reducing the number of times a user dips materials in a makeup process.
