The present application relates to a cosmetic applicator, comprising a pen head assembly, a material bottle, a pen body assembly, a rotating member, a screw, and a control assembly. The pen head assembly is mounted at a first end of the material bottle; a first end of the rotating member is connected to a second end of the material bottle; a second end of the rotating member is connected to the pen body assembly; a piston is arranged in the material bottle; the screw and the control assembly are mounted in the pen body assembly; the control assembly is connected to the screw and can drive the screw to move towards the pen head assembly; the rotating member can drive the screw to rotate, and enables the screw to be detached from the control assembly to run in a direction away from the pen head assembly. According to the present application, the rotating member is mounted between the material bottle and the pen body assembly, and the retracting operation of the screw can be completed in the process of replacing the material bottle, so that the waste of resources is reduced, and the use is very convenient.
