Abstract:
Provided are: an aqueous coating composition which is capable of easily and stably forming a coating film that has excellent adhesion, durability, smoothness and antirust properties; a coated metal molded article; and a method for producing a coated metal molded article.
The aqueous coating composition or the like contains the following components (a)-(e).
(a) 100 parts by weight of a silicone compound
(b) 15-200 parts by weight of an organic resin component that has a hydroxyl number within the range of 1-500 mgKOH/g
(c) 0.1-30 parts by weight of a phenolic hydroxyl group-containing compound
(d) 0.05-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent for component (b)
(e) 100-2,000 parts by weight of an aqueous solvent
