Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to enable easy design and alteration of an easily reusable probe set corresponding to a DNA microarray. The present invention is a nucleic acid information processing device characterized by being provided with: a recording unit that records information of a plurality of base sequences; a threshold receiving means that receives information identifying a degree of similarity threshold; a cluster configuration means that configures clusters by classifying the plurality of base sequences on the basis of the degree of similarity threshold; and a representative base sequence setting means that sets one of the base sequences contained in the clusters as a representative base sequence.
