Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides a primer resin emulsion which, in a system for applying an aqueous coating to a plastic coating, enables dripping properties when a base coat is applied to be favorably controlled and which makes it possible to obtain a smooth exterior appearance. [Solution] This aqueous dispersion is characterized in that: the aqueous dispersion contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), a nitrogen-containing non-ionic emulsifier (B), and water; the acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) is a propylene-α-olefin copolymer containing 2-35 mass% of butene in a polyolefin component; and a coated film, after being fired at 80°C, has an angle of contact with pure water of 40-90°.
