Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aqueous dispersion which contains a modified polyolefin resin that is obtained by modifying a polyolefin resin (A) with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an acid anhydride (B) thereof, wherein: the modified polyolefin resin is further modified with a compound (C) that has one or more aromatic rings, and/or contains the compound (C) that has one or more aromatic rings; and the modified polyolefin resin is further modified with a basic compound (E), and/or contains the basic compound (E).
