Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an aqueous resin composition which is for: polyolefin and acrylic mixed paint; ink; adhesive; sealant; or primer, exhibits high peel strength for a polyolefin substrate even when baked at 80°C, and does not impair adhesion strength by containing an acrylic component. [Solution] Provided is an aqueous resin composition characterized by containing an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), and a (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (B), wherein the acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) contains an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof in the range of 0.5-10 mass%, and the (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (B) contains a (meth)acrylic acid ester (B1) in which an ester portion is a hydrocarbon group having at least 12 carbon atoms, and a (meth)acrylic acid ester (B2) in which an ester portion is a hydrocarbon group having at most 11 carbon atoms.
