An array substrate (20) and a method for manufacturing same, and a display device. The array substrate (20) comprises: a base substrate (201); an electrode layer (206), located on the base substrate (201), and comprising a first electrode (2061) and a second electrode (2062), the first electrode (2061) and the second electrode (2062) being spaced from each other; a touch electrode (208), located on the base substrate (201); and a touch wire (2101), the touch wire (2101) being connected to the touch electrode (208), the touch electrode (208) and the first electrode (2061) being insulated from each other, the touch electrode (208) and the second electrode (2062) being insulated from each other, the touch wire (2101) being disposed on the side of the touch electrode (208) distant from the base substrate (201), and the electrode layer (206) being disposed on the side of the touch electrode (208) close to the base substrate (201). The array substrate (20) can improve the driving capability of a display device and improve the image quality.
