Abstract:
An array substrate (10) and a total reflection-type liquid crystal display panel. By providing at least part of an uneven surface on the side of a planarization layer (13) of the total reflection-type liquid crystal display panel away from a substrate (11), a reflective electrode (14) can be provided in an uneven shape along the uneven surface of the planarization layer (13), so as to change a reflection direction of light in the interior of the panel, so that light which originally cannot be reflected at a total-reflection critical angle is reflected out of the panel, thereby improving the reflectivity of the total reflection-type liquid crystal display panel.
