An embodiment provides an arthritis diagnosis device. The arthritis diagnosis device may comprise: a first data collection unit which collects joint image data; a first feature extraction unit which extracts first features of the joint on the basis of the joint image data; a second data collection unit which collects gait data; a second feature extraction unit which extracts second features of the joint on the basis of the gait data; and a diagnosis unit which diagnoses inflammation of the joint on the basis of the first features and the second features of the joint.
