Abstract:
An asphalt cold-state container transportation method having a heating system, relating to the field of asphalt transportation. The asphalt cold-state container transportation method comprises the following steps: heating asphalt to 90-130°C, and then loading the asphalt into a container (1); cooling the container (1) until the surface temperature of the container (1) is reduced to 46°C or below; transporting the container (1) filled with the asphalt to a destination; and directly heating the container (1) filled with the asphalt to 90-130°C and then unloading the asphalt for use. The container (1) is heated by a special heating system; the special heating system comprises a plurality of containers (1) and a heating device provided outside the containers (1); a breathing hole is formed on the upper surface of each container (1); an anti-splashing baffle is fixedly provided below the breathing hole. The asphalt cold-state container transportation method improves the safety in an asphalt transportation process, and adopts a special container (1); the anti-splashing baffle is arranged at the breathing opening of the container (1), so that the dead weight of the container (1) is reduced, the asphalt transportation efficiency is improved, and the high-temperature asphalt is prevented from splashing in a shaking process.
