Abstract:
An assembled lining trolley allowing for rapid turnover comprises a mast assembly (1), a template assembly (2), a hydraulic system (3), a lateral movement mechanism (4), and a travelling mechanism (5). The mast assembly (1) comprises a base mast (6) and an assembled heightened mast (7). The assembled heightened mast (7) is stacked on the base mast (6) and connected thereto. The template assembly (2) comprises a top template assembly (8) and a side template assembly (9). The top template assembly (8) and the side template assembly (9) are hinge connected to each other. The mast assembly (1) and the template assembly (2) are connected to each other by means of a mechanical screw (10), a top template oil cylinder (11), and a side template oil cylinder (12). The hydraulic system (3) is provided between a bottom surface of a longitudinal beam (38) and a top surface of the lateral movement mechanism (4). The travelling mechanism (5) is provided at the bottom of the lateral movement mechanism (4). The lining trolley can be quickly disassembled and assembled on the spot, such that one trolley can be for to perform lining of multiple chambers, thereby ensuring smoothness and safety of construction, and greatly shortening a construction period.
