Abstract:
An assembled lining trolley capable of being used for various cross-section sizes, comprising: a portal frame assembly, both stand columns (11) and a cross beam (14) being of telescopic structures; a formwork assembly detachably disposed on the cross beam (14); a jacking device and a horizontal pushing device (33), the jacking device adjusting the height of the stand columns (11), and the horizontal pushing device (33) adjusting the length of the cross beam (14); a walking mechanism (41) and a steering mechanism (42), the walking mechanism (41) being controlled by the steering mechanism (42) and having at least a transverse or vertical walking direction. The stand columns (11) and the cross beam (14) are of telescopic structures, the height of the stand columns (11) is adjusted by means of the jacking device, the length of the cross beam (14) is adjusted by means of the horizontal pushing device (33), to ensure that the assembled lining trolley can be qualified for lining construction of various cross-section sizes. Because the formwork assembly is detachable, the formwork assembly can be detached before adjustment. The walking mechanism (41) is rotatable and thus ensures that when the cross beam (14) is lengthened or shortened, the walking mechanism (41) drives the stand columns (11), a lower longitudinal beam (12), and an upper longitudinal beam (13) at both ends of the cross beam (14) to move away from or close to one another, the structure is reasonable, the assembly, detachment and transfer time is greatly saved, and therefore the construction period is shortened.
