Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a micro light emitting diode display apparatus, comprising: providing a driving substrate comprising a first substrate and a driving circuit layer arranged on the first substrate, the driving circuit layer having a first electrode and a second electrode; providing a transfer substrate comprising a second substrate and alignment marks respectively arranged on two opposite surfaces of the second substrate and a micro-light emitting diode, the micro light emitting diode comprising a P electrode and an N electrode; attaching the driving substrate and the transfer substrate by means of the alignment marks such that the first electrode and the second electrode are respectively electrically connected to the P electrode and the N electrode; removing the alignment marks; and thinning the second substrate. Also disclosed is a display apparatus manufactured by means of said method.
