Assembling device (10) for assembling a multi-purpose camera module (20). The multi-purpose camera module (20) comprises a bracket (21) and at least two camera modules (22). The assembling device (10) comprises an assembly main body (11), a first limiting component (12) and at least two second limiting components (13). The first limiting component (12) and the second limiting component (13) are both provided on the assembly main body (11), and are located on the same side of the assembly main body (11). The first limiting component (12) comprises a plurality of limit surfaces, and the plurality of limit surfaces are used to detachably connect to a peripheral side of the bracket (21). When the first limiting component (12) is matched with the bracket (21), the bracket (21) is in a preset position. The second limiting component (13) is used to detachably connect to the camera module (22). When the camera module (22) is connected to the second limiting component (13) and the bracket (21) is in the preset position, the camera module (22) is at least partially located inside a camera hole in the bracket (21), and a reserved gap exists between the camera module (22) and the camera hole. The beneficial effects of quick assembly of the bracket and the camera module and high installation accuracy may be achieved.
