Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an assistance instrument for a syringe which enhances the safety when puncturing with an injection needle. This assistance instrument for a syringe is provided with: an accommodation part that accommodates a syringe and has a contact surface that contacts the human body; a movable part that is slidably attached to the accommodation part to shift the position of an injection needle of the syringe between an advanced position at which the injection needle is moved forward beyond the contact surface and a retracted position at which the injection needle is retracted behind the contact surface; an urging means for urging the movable part backward; and an operation part for sliding the movable part forward.
